Processing of applicant data by Wiener Privatbank SE
In the context of applications, we process the data transmitted by you for the purpose of processing (unsolicited) applications, checking suitability for an open position, making contact and keeping records.
If you are hired as an employee, you will also be informed about the associated processing of your data. The processing of personal data in connection with (unsolicited) applications is generally based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art 6 para 1 lit b GDPR). If photos (image data) are sent to us in the context of (unsolicited) applications, this data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of identification at the interview and assignment of the applicant documents.
The data required in order to process your (unsolicited) application will be stored for a period of seven months after receipt of your application in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (in particular the Gleichbehandlungsgesetz-GlBG, Behinderteneinstellungsgesetz-BEinstG).
