
Change in access code procedure for TIPAS online banking
Information concerning the access code procedure
Safety is our highest priority.
Therefore, you will receive your access code for the TIPAS online banking by e-mail in the future.
Previously, you received the access code for the TIPAS Online Banking Login by SMS. Nowadays, potential attackers are constantly improving their techniques for intercepting, reading, or redirecting SMS messages. Due to this possible security risk, we will switch to a secure communication channel as a necessary measure and send you access codes by e-mail from now on.
The transmission of access codes by SMS will be completely discontinued by the end of 2024. It is therefore inevitable that you update your email address within 30 days of receiving the SMS with the amendment request to continue using your TIPAS Online Banking.
- Please log in to TIPAS Online Banking page as usual.
- After logging in, a window will appear. Please enter your desired e-mail address to receive the access codes.
- You will receive a verification message to the email address provided. By clicking on the link included in the message, you confirm the correctness of the e-mail address.
- You have now successfully completed the activation and can use TIPAS Online Banking as usual.
Kindly note that the e-mail address entered only refers to the receipt of the access codes for TIPAS Online Banking. Other settings and correspondence, as well as stored e-mail addresses concerning your customer relationship, are not affected by this.
Important notice:
Please change your password immediately if you receive an access code by e-mail or SMS without having logged in TIPAS Online Banking or requested such and inform your account manager thereafter.
