Event-Rückblick: ZU GAST „Wiener Wohnimmobilienmarkt und ViennaEstate Anleihe“

Zahlreiche Gäste folgten der Einladung zur ZU GAST-Veranstaltung, bei der die beiden Vorstände MMag. Dr. Helmut Hardt und Eduard Berger durch den Abend führten.

„Wie sieht die aktuelle Preissituation am Wiener Wohnungsmarkt bei Miete und Eigentum aus? Wie hat sich diese in den letzten zehn Jahren entwickelt? Und wo lohnt es sich, zu investieren?“ Diese Fragen beantwortete MMag. Dr. Helmut Hardt einleitend und präsentierte anschließend die aktuellen Immobilien-Angebote der Wiener Privatbank.

Im Anschluss stellte Eduard Berger die aktuelle ViennaEstate Anleihe der Wiener Privatbank vor: Eine 5-jährige Anleihe mit fixer Verzinsung von 3,75% p.a. und einer Zeichnungsfrist noch bis 25. Oktober 2018.

Viele interessante Besucher-Fragen führten zu angeregten Diskussionen und machten den Abend zu einer wirklich gelungenen Veranstaltung.

“ZU GAST” Event review: “Vienna residential property market and ViennaEstate bond”

Current trends in the housing market and the presentation of the ViennaEstate bond

Numerous guests attended the ZU GAST event at the Wiener Privatbank. The two Members of the Board, MMag. Dr. Helmut Hardt and Eduard Berger led through the evening.

MMag. Dr. Helmut Hardt answered following questions as an introduction:
“What is the current price situation on the housing market for rent and property in Vienna?  How has this developed over the past ten years? And where is it worth investing”? followed by presenting the current real estate offers of the Wiener Privatbank.

Eduard Berger then presented the current Vienna Estate bond of the Wiener Privatbank:
A 5 year bond with a fixed interest rate of 3.75% p.a. and a subscription period until
October 25, 2018. An overall successful event with many interesting questions which led to a lively discussion throughout the evening.
