Opening with precious animals and prominent guests

For the first time, star-photographer Manfred Baumann does not devote his attention to Hollywood-icons, but combines his personal commitment for animal welfare with his artistic work. His current focus are mustangs, those American wild horses, who are endangered. In the year 1900 there were around two million animals, now the population is approximately 30,000.

Manfred Baumann is proud, that his pictures are shown in the museum and can be admired until February 2018. The Wiener Privatbank SE has the pleasure to support the exhibition and invited clients to the exclusive opening-event with prominent guests. After opening remarks by the director of the museum Christian Köberl and a performance by Andy Lee Lang, member of the board Eduard Berger addressed greetings to the 900 visitors of the event.

After the opening of the exhibition by Dr. Vera Russwurm, the guests roamed through the exhibition-rooms of the impressive museum of natural history and marveled at the artefacts. Both combined results in a fascinating art appreciation, which can be enjoyed until February 2018.
